Mike Zerbini is a graduate of The University of Hartford with both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Over the years, his business associates and clients have nicknamed him “Mr. Z”. He has owned and managed several single family homes, multi-tenant properties and commercial buildings which ignited his interest in real estate. His understanding of construction and the building trades, along with his experience in negotiations, sales and management, provides a strong foundation for him to personally advise his clients in all aspects of property transactions and management. What sets Mr. Z apart from other real estate agents is his focused attention to detail. His unique analytical and technical skills, combined with his passion to achieve and exceed his client’s objectives, makes for a winning formula. He is a licensed Electrical Contractor in CT and has earned real estate licenses in both CT & RI. Mr. Z and his wife are both lifelong residents of Connecticut and reside in Stonington. They are the proud parents of 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren.
